Returns & refunds
Yes. EU customers have a fourteen day withdrawal period. Products must be returned in original condition. Sealed boxes must remain unopened.
To start a return, simply contact us within fourteen days after receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.
Returned products must be in the same condition as received.
Sealed Pokémon products must remain unopened to qualify for a full refund, as opening the packaging affects the product’s value.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable period.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and include a clear photo of the issue.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
